You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

CaseFinder provides a library of verified business case studies, analysis, and related content for informational and educational purposes. You may use the Platform for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform, scraping or redistributing content at scale, or using automated tools to extract data without our written permission.

Certain features of the Platform may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

If you submit a case study, feedback, or any other content to the Platform ("User Submissions"), you grant CaseFinder a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute that content on or through the Platform.

You represent and warrant that your User Submissions do not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party and that all information you provide is accurate and not misleading. CaseFinder reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any User Submission at its discretion.

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by CaseFinder and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written consent.

Case studies published on the Platform remain the intellectual property of their respective contributors and sources. Where content is attributed to a third party, all rights in that content remain with the original owner.

Certain content on the Platform may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and is labelled accordingly. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should be independently verified before reliance. CaseFinder does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated material.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CaseFinder makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform.

Content on the Platform is not professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. CaseFinder is not liable for any decisions made based on information obtained from the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CaseFinder, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. CaseFinder has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site.

CaseFinder may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

CaseFinder may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
